We offer a partner cooperation structure widely used in USA: General Partner - Limited Partner (GP / LP). In our projects we co-invest capital in the amount of 5-20% of the budget and take control of all business process, and investors receive priority returns protecting their investments in the event of unfavourable development of the project. The management fee depends on the project profit, thus ensuring that the interests of the management team (GP) and investors (LP) are fully consistent.
